Oppo Find N6 with nearly flat inner screen now available via import
Oppo's recently announced Find N6, a foldable where Oppo claims to have completely eliminated the tactile crease in the screen, is now available for Europeans to order. Thru our partner TradingShenzen, you can order and receive the device even before its official debut in Europe.
Waiting can be difficult sometimes. Especially if you don't know how long you have to wait. For the Oppo Find N6, for example, this means Oppo still has to go thru certification and set up distribution channels before the foldable is in stores. But there is an alternative that means you will have a unit in your home within 2 weeks.

Import Route via TradingShenzen Bypasses European Queue
Simply order the Oppo Find N6 as an import from our partner TradingShenzen. You can get one from €1477 for a model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Available colours are orange, titanium, and black. For those who want more storage, a 16/512GB model is also available. That one costs €1647.

This is the Chinese version, but it can be set to the Dutch language. The Google Play Store is pre-installed and updates arrive at regular intervals. It is not possible to instal a different launcher on the device or use Google Now. Additional advantage: a charger is included in the box. This is no longer common in Europe to avoid e-waste.
Cost Structure and Delivery from China
Those who order from TradingShenzen buy directly from China. Delivery costs are €16 for Global Priority, which also covers further import costs. Despite the longer delivery time of imports, the starting price is usually lower than what we are used to in the Netherlands. Moreover, this is virtually the only way to get such unique Chinese smartphones.

Oppo announced the Find N6 on March 17 as "the first zero-feel crease foldable." While an "imperceptible" crease would be an ergonomic breakthrough, the physical crease often still remains visible under certain unforgiving lighting conditions. After all, the material has to go somewhere when the device is closed.
Hardware: Snapdragon 8 Elite and 6000 mAh Battery
The device features a 6.62" outer screen and a flat 8.12" inner screen. The device further stands out for its relatively large 6000 mAh battery, Hasselblad cameras with 3x zoom, and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Concerns about thickness due to the high battery capacity are unjustified: by using a silicon-carbon battery known for high energy density in a small size, the device hardly differs from the Samsung Fold 7.

The device is intended to eventually be officially released by Oppo in the European market as well, so you don't necessarily have to wait for that announcement.
